For jewels decorated with stones, in the event of their detachment/fall during the warranty period, the seller will replace them free of charge, within a period of 15 days, only in situations where this is not attributable to the Buyer. The warranty does not include damage caused to the jewelry due to non-observance of the indications mentioned in the Warranty Certificate accompanying the product upon delivery/purchase, accidents, negligence, improper use or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship .

Repairs for products under warranty will be carried out free of charge within 15 days, under the conditions of art. 12 para. 1) lit. b) from GEO no. 140/2021, if it is confirmed that the defect is not attributable to the consumer.
