DEFINITIONS
The seller – îmeans Classified Luxury SALON or Classified Luxury MAISON;

Buyer/Reseller – îmeans the firm or company placing the seller's order;

The goods – means the articles, things or articles described in the order, the goods which are offered by the Seller;

Order – îmeans the order placed by the buyer for the delivery of the goods.

TRADE ONLY
Seller is a commercial-only supplier and requires evidence of commercial trading before to provide any potential Buyer/Reseller. The buyer/reseller must provide the necessary documentary evidence (eg VAT certificate, trade registration number, etc.) as well as a fully completed trade application form.

Seller îreserves the right to reject any request that it deems not to be a “good faith” transaction.

Seller reserves the right to refuse any potential customer if it believes that their location may be detrimental to the trading activity of an existing account.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices are in EURO, FCA Targoviste, Romania and include standard packaging. All prices include shipping and VAT.

We reserve the right to change the prices of all goods without prior notice, if necessary.

Payment is made through one of the following payment methods:

Irrevocable letter of credit, payable on sight, issued after acceptance of the order

a deposit of 30% of the proforma, at the time of placing the order and the balance two weeks before. shipping the goods.

ORDER
The minimum accepted order is 2,000 Euro. We charge 100 Euros for orders between 1,000 – 1,999 euros. Orders below 1,000 euros will not be accepted.

The minimum order abroad is for one 20-foot container. The minimum order outside the EU is 3,000 euros.

DELIVERY / TRANSPORT
The seller can arrange transport on request, by truck or container to the ramp.< br />Most orders are delivered within 6 to 8 weeks of receipt of order confirmation and payment. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, any delivery times specified by the Seller in its quotation or otherwise are business estimates only and the Seller shall not shall be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) suffered by the Buyer. as a result of the Seller's non-compliance with these delivery terms. Additionally, Seller will not accept order cancellations or deposit refunds for late shipments.

When the Buyer arranges the transport, he will have to ensure that the goods are picked up on the agreed date.

The buyer is responsible for the trucks being able to easily reach the place of unloading. The responsibility for unloading the goods rests with the Buyer.

Trucks:

The buyer must unload the goods within 2 hours of their arrival. The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from any delay in delivery.

Goods are not accepted by the Seller for return from the Buyer.

Delivered goods cannot be returned without confirmation from the Seller.

Drivers cannot leave vehicles unattended so please do not ask them to take items to upstairs storage etc. Goods will not be delivered to a private/residential address. Drivers may assist with unloading, but are not required to do so.

Îin case of accident, robbery or any other incident which is supposed to affect the integrity of the goods, the Buyer must not continue unloading the goods and must immediately and officially notify the Seller, as follows ​in writing, as well as by phone. The seller will immediately contact the shipping company and the insurance company who may appoint an agent to take note of the damage.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Îin case an incident occurs, the Buyer MUST proceed as follows:

photographs of the truck must be taken before, during and after unloading.

Photographs of each piece must be taken to prove defects/damage.

Photos of the tags on each piece must be taken to prove the item code, and

Production batch remarks must be made on the CMR, which include a brief description of the damage, the number / quantity of damaged parts,

the remarks on the CMR must be signed, named, printed and stamped by the Buyer, the driver must countersign the CMR containing the Buyer's remarks

.

Classified Luxury SRL will issue the corresponding export documents and send the originals by fast courier provided that all payment conditions have been respected. The buyer is responsible for inland transport from Targoviste to the Romanian port, all handling costs at loading/unloading ports, sea transport and domestic transport from the delivery country, customs duties, forklift , station, storage, lifting.

COMPLAINTS
Any visibly defective goods and quantitative discrepancies must be noted on the CMR transport document when the goods are unloaded. Failure to follow this procedure will result in non-crediting of damaged items.

Î in case of damage that is not obvious, the Buyer can make reservations in writing to the seller within five days of delivery, Sundays and public holidays excluded.

Any invisible defects and quality claim will not be accepted unless the Seller receives the claim, in writing, within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

For any claim, the Buyer must provide the Seller with detailed photographs of the defects and complete a standard quality claim form, which is available upon request.

o Small cracks and splits may appear and are inherent to solid wood products, also due to temperature differences during transit

o Slight color differences may occur on solid wood furniture.

o Each hide has unique markings, color variations and a personality of its own. These hallmarks are marks, stretch marks, healed scars and native marks. Only real skin can boast these marks.

All these distinctive things make our products special and are no reason for quality complaints. FURNITURE

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE Natural variations occurring in wood or other materials are not considered defects, and the color fastness or matching of colors, grain or textures of these materials may differ from one product to another.

Solid wood furniture is sensitive to the environment. Variations in humidity and temperature can cause the wood to swell or shrink, leading to bumps and small cracks. The knots and resin are completely natural. Whether wood furniture is waxed, painted or sprayed, it can scratch and scratch if treated carelessly. Care should be taken when using grease and dirty liquids.

Please follow the care instructions below to get the most out of your furniture:

– Do not place the furniture outdoors;
– Do not place furniture near radiators, heating and cooling vents. Keep wooden furniture at an even temperature with stable humidity. Recommended climatic temperature of 18-22°C, humidity between 40 and 60%.
– Cyclic temperature changes in an unheated environment (cool at night, warmer during the day) can cause small cracks in the wood;
– Direct sunlight should be avoided; it can dry wooden furniture and has a whitening effect on wood and finishes;
– Do not place hot, scratched or wet objects on the finished surface; use tablecloths/mats;
– Avoid mechanical shocks by handling carefully. Never drag the pieces on the floor as this will cause damage to the joints;
– For water-based finishes, use special wax oil recommended by your furniture dealer to maintain the surface's natural shine and resistance to liquids, stains and scratches. Apply the same wax to the drawers or door slide shaft to ensure smooth sliding.
– Clean sprayed surfaces with a damp cloth using only water or mild soap and water and finish by wiping with a dry cloth.
– Do not use strong cleaners that contain ammonia, alcohol or silicone.

UPPHOLSTERY

All the upholstery in our range is handmade, using solid beech wood frames. Different qualities of foam, fabric or leather can be used, as well as different paints or varnishes for the legs. Regardless of the material or finish chosen, damage can occur if handled carelessly and care must be taken against dirt, grease and liquids.

Please follow the care instructions below to get the most out of your upholstery:

– Îflip, rotate and fluff the removable cushions regularly to ensure even wear and increase longevity.
– Tight, attached seat and back cushions will stretch and wrinkle with use. You can easily restore their appearance by smoothing the surface and placing the excess upholstery on the sides of the seat or back.
– To minimize fading, we recommend placing upholstered pieces in places where they will not be exposed to direct sunlight.
– As dust and dirt cause faster wear of the upholstery, we recommend vacuuming regularly with an upholstery attachment. Also, vacuum before cleaning in any way.
– To clean stains, use a cleaning product that matches your fabric or leather. Test any cleaning agent on an inconspicuous area first. Never use stain removers that contain bleach or alcohol.
– You will get the best results if you treat the stains right away. Wipe up as much of the spill as possible with a clean, dry, white cloth. Do not rub.
– For persistent stains and general cleaning, contact a professional upholstery cleaning company.
– An annual professional cleaning will keep your upholstery looking its best.

PRODUCTS
Our standard furniture models are made of solid pine wood, as well as MDF, on limited surfaces, for stability or for constructive purposes (such as door panels or sides of flexi products). It can also be the material of choice for specific projects such as bathroom items or shop display units.

All our chairs and upholstery frames are made from solid beech wood. On special request, pine wood can be considered for exclusive models. The table tops are made of either solid pine, beech or oak wood, at the customer's request.

The photos in the catalog and on the website do not always faithfully reproduce the colors of the paint and stains.

Dimensions in our catalog and on the website are taken from the widest outer points. These have been provided by the Seller in the belief that they are as accurate as possible, but do not constitute a description of the goods and are not guaranteed to be accurate. When exact dimensions are required, please inform us when placing the order.

The seller reserves the right to make any design changes without prior notice.

LIABILITY
Îunder no circumstances will the Seller be liable to the Buyer for loss of economic profit or loss.

The goods will be at the Buyer's risk from the moment the Seller hands over the goods to the carrier named or agreed by the Buyer, at the Seller's premises.

The goods delivered by the Seller to the Buyer shall remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as the legal and equitable owner until such time as all monies owed to the Seller have been pay the Seller.

The seller's liability can never exceed the value of the items delivered. All orders are accepted on a best effort basis only and can never be seen as a guarantee of delivery. Non-delivery of items can never be a justification for any complaint against the Seller.

Îin the event that the Buyer has placed an order and made a deposit for an accepted order and the Seller has produced it, but for any reason the Buyer does not pay the balance or collect the produced items , the Seller has the right to retain the deposit to cover the expenses generated by the production of the Buyer's specific order.

In the event of a reasonably claimable defect, the Seller shall be liable only for the cost of repairs. The way in which the repairs will be carried out is to be initially discussed and agreed upon by the parties. The seller will not be responsible for other costs such as shipping to and from the customer, penalties, etc.

Any typographical or material or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, offer acceptance, invoice or other information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability from the seller.

These General Terms and Conditions supersede all previous delivery agreements and apply to all Classified Luxury deliveries from 1 February 2023, unless otherwise agreed.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all furniture sold is intended for domestic use. We cannot accept responsibility if it is used for contractual/commercial purposes or outdoors.

Copyright on the material and all images contained in this site belong to Classified Luxury SRL or its licensors. These terms and conditions apply only to Buyers who deal directly with the Seller and not to Buyers who buy through agents or distributors.
